Holiday break

Just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU to all of my amazing followers who have supported me since the beginning and the ones who have newly jumped on the bandwagon! I will be taking a short break for the holidays to spend time with my family and friends in the real world. I wish you all the greatest joys and please please be careful out there! The Beautiful Ones Go To Fatpack Discount Room

Today, before I go out on my holiday, I wanted to show you a dress which I have truly fallen in love with. This dress is made by The Beautiful Ones and is name Claudia. I love the idea of giving outfits names. I obviously wouldn't do this in RL but I think the names really fit the outfits in SL. Anyway, this little number is a cutsleve dress and comes in many colors. The hud for solid colors comes with 4 different looks to choose from. I think you get a little bit of sophistication and a little bit of sexy with the skin showing on the sleeve. A personal favorite :) I decided to slap on my Maya Hair from /Wasabi Pills/, my April group gift from Pure Poison as my necklace, and my Slink Demi boots in earth tone which goes with the slink high feet. Hike in the Woods

Today I felt like a little stroll in the woods, so I decided to take everyone along with me. For this little hiking number I threw one the Care sweater by Mag<3. There are several different kinds in the Fatpack, BUT I feel my Irish roots coming out with the Goodluck sweater. You can hop along after this hike and grab it up at the Fatpack Discount Room. It might get a little chilly so I decided to slap on some diamond tights from SYSY's SLink AE system and my HOLLYHOOD beige herringbone boots. These boots are actually part of the SLebrity SLection Street Sale this week. Remember, Slebrity SLection Street Sale changes weekly so there is always something to see! Also, threw on my new Truth hair called Althea in ginger. LOVEEEEE this hair! BAH!!! All this talking has kind of made me hungry so I am super glad I brought along my lunch in this CUTE lunch box by Serenity Style called Kiss Me. There are 4 different types and you can run over tot he Fatpack Discount Room to take a look. I think this looks like a great spot to stop and eat by the water so I will be stuffing my face.... Reminder and no. 7

A quick reminder to those who do not know.... Chop Zuey is now in the middle of the 12 days of Christmas!!! New Round at Fatpack Discount Room

A new round at Fatpack Discount Room has begun! I decided to mix up a few of the designers this week. Both my shirt and leggings you can find at the new round at fatpack discount room. The top is the Jeanies Dots Dress by Sky. There is a color hud that allows you to pick and choose what you want to wear for the day. So many possibilities! The leggings are from OSITO and come in a fatpack with 4 other colors. To pair with my new outfit, I chose to slap on my new TRUTH hair called Coral and my Olycena Bow pumps made by *BOOM* that I picked up at Shoetopia. I hope you enjoy the new goodies available. A Sex Contract?

I logged in the other day to the strangest of request. I was asked to sign a sex contract. Not like I have time for this anyway, BUT I still said no. The details were hilarious and when asked why in the world anyone would want to do this, I was told because we were challenged that we couldn't hold out. HMMM maybe I am getting ahead of myself a little bit..... Let me start from the beginning.

A few weeks ago, I had a conversation with people who shall remain nameless about sex in SL and what is considered too much. What is actually important to a person? Is it the fact you can log on and have that release? Or do you require something a little more meaningful behind the act. Be able to sit and talk for hours without doing a thing with the other or be able to go exploring or shopping. What is important to you? The thoughts about this have been running through my head lately. I do enjoy being alone because that requires no commitment on my part. I do enjoy commitment.... and I am committed to my blog. What happens if I add in an additional commitment? Would my blog suffer? Would I be unhappy if that happened? No, you are right, this has nothing to do with a sex contract BUT it lead up to it.

When I logged in, I said hello to the group of soon to be prudes like I always do, and was immediately sent a sex contract and the ladies were asking me to sign it also. This contract states that the person who signs will NOT commit any sexual act until the new year begins. The only way that this contract can be broken is if you enter into a marriage with said gentleman. There were several flags at first.

1. Why would anyone want to say no sex? Why would anyone want to limit themselves?
2. What reason do I have to sign something like this and would I ever be able to keep it?
3. I will not marry someone just to be able to have sex with them. RIDICULOUS!

Soon after, as I began asking questions, I was sent a TP to join in the group discussion of this contract. Shortly after arriving, I realized that basically the men challenged the women that they could not keep their legs closed. The fun banter went back and forth when the men teasing the women saying they could not possibly hold out against them. I kinda am with the men on this one. Would it be bad for me to give them ideas to tease the ladies with? At this point, I run to the kitchen to grab popcorn because I could just tell where this was going. After even further conversations it was determined that they would not only hold out till the new year but take it an extra step and hold out until marriage, which for this particular couple won't come until the spring or summer more than likely. I was in shock. Some kind of 21st century chastity belt (thanks for that analogy). WHO has ever heard of someone doing this in SL???? I sat there in disbelief trying to talk them out of it. Who am I to decide what they do as a couple? I have no idea!!! I just felt like to myself that this wasn't going to be a very good idea. This is SL after all.... which lead me to a completely different subject...

Who determines WHAT or HOW we live our SL? Who said that sex had to be a part of it? I know several people who have no clue where sex sims are even at. If you ask others who are not in second life about second life their first response is "Oh yeah that online sex game." Was it people like me who wouldn't dream of saying no sex or refraining that caused this mentality? I know I have a ton of interest in SL. Ranging from photography, my blogging, fashion, and exploring. In the morning I can go have a snow ball fight and in the afternoon I can go surfing if I choose to. There is no other place that you can attempt to do this. That has always marveled me about SL.

To some, sex in SL can be an extremely sensitive subject. I have noticed the older a person is in SL the more sensitive they grow on the subject. I myself can say that I have much different views on the subject now than I did 3 years ago when I actually first started SL. Maybe it's the experiences one has that make them jaded on a subject or it could be with age, who knows? Yes this post is a little strange from what I usually do but I welcome the topic... There are also a ton of questions in this blog to make you think and also questions I have asked myself. Please, I welcome the discussion about what you feel on the topic in SL.

I rarely show new skins I find unless I am really blown away by that particular skin. This made me want to change out of my comfy skin and try something new. Dulce Secrets has put out these four amazing skins at the Cosmopolitan Sales Room. All four have some amazing details to them. Need a Mint?

 

Every time I look at this designer I feel like I need to go eat a roll of mints. Nothing to do with the clothes just my quirk! Anyways, this outfit was inspired by the cold weather and this adorable Roma dress in purple made by MINT!. Many colors to choose from but I feel like I needed to stand out for some reason. You can run over to the Cosmopolitan Sales Room and grab it up. I decided to go the colder route and add some SYSY classic tights in white. They also come with Slink appliers. Then going lower, my shoes are called EUPHORIA by Ncore. I can either choose to wear them with or without the socks. Up top, I slapped on Falling for you by Exile and the Hampton Boho necklace by MG. I think that about sums up my winter outfit... SOOOO I will continue to explore :) TOOTLES

Fairytale in Green and Gold

 

 Stepping into an enchanted fairytale, I feel like a princess in this Athena emerald gown made by [Kawaii Dolls]. It is a one strap gown with beautiful gold trim making it easy to pair with just about anything from a simple set of earrings to going all out with bracelets or a crown.  You can either grab this beauty from the link listed above at the store or run over to the FINESMITH Muse event by Anigma Eulenberg. BREAK THE ICE is an event designed by Anigma Eulenberg to bring designers and bloggers together as a sort of mixer. This is how I came across this beautiful dress and met its designer Cat Sahara. Hopefully I will have the privilege to blog more of her designs by [Kawaii Dolls]. 

 

To me, this gown speaks for itself and only needed a slight piece of jewelry styled with it to make the dress really pop. I ran over to the Cosmopolitan Sale Room and went straight towards the FINESMITH display. FINESMITH has set out their SHAME earrings in several colors. I picked wheat for this particular dress but you can take a look for yourself at all the designs available. The best part??? Only 70L per pair!!!! When do you hardly ever come across FINESMITH jewelry for 70L?

So much to show you and so little time! First I want to start off by showing you one of the goodies up for grabs at the SLebrity SLection Stree Sale. This shirt is the new WT F shirt made by blah. BLAH. blah. It has a great fit and also to me it has a lot of meaning. How manytimes do we look at those three things and say WTF to ourselves?

Moving a little lower, my jeans are the Mesh Zipper Jeans made by Maitreya, but the highlight of this picture to me are the shoes! All women go nuts over nice shoes! These are the Sky Shoes by SSW. Extremely high heel that guys will think you have some kind of talent for being able to walk in them. Special thanks to {NanTra} for the Bombshell poses that I used today. A Season of Giving 101

 For those of you who have taken time away for Thanksgiving and a little family time, you may be a little out of the loop, like myself. To catch you up to speed, The Holiday Fair has begun and there are some amazing items up for grabs. Can't figure out what to give your loved ones this year?  I have a ton of items to show you in just this one post. First, the white and teal Christmas Tree and the Christmas Snowman are two of the items places out by A&A. Teal seems to be the new Christmas color for your holiday decorations and I have to say I like it ALOT placed in my home. Also, A&A has placed out a table top Iron Christmas Tree as a free gift. So many ways to make your house a home for the holidays.

If you are like me, I have a hard time gifting for that special someone SOOO I will make myself the gift. :) This naughty little Lily Corset top and Holiday Panties are one of the items set out by Perch. It comes with appliers for both the top and the panties. I paired this sexy little number with my Icy mesh red hair and Reindeer antlers and nose both made by PELLE. Petit Chat Art Gallery

When someone asks you what your interests are here in this world what do you answer? Do you tell them just ONE thing or have a whole list laid out to respond with? Art galleries are just one of the option I have on my list. Why you ask? Because not only is their lovely art displayed, but the area around it is clearly a work of art as well.

Welcome to the tranquil Petit Chat Art Gallery!  I have had the pleasure of knowing the owner, Trinity Yazimoto, for a little while in SL but mainly for her designs at Petit Chat.  I had NO idea until looking through the destination guide in search that she even had an art gallery. I know she creates beautiful pictures for her flickr account but finding this was a treat for me. I saw Trin was online so decided to chat with her about her gallery and I found out so much more that I would really love to share with everyone.

If you ask Trinity what her best memory in SL would be, the opening of her gallery is at the top of that list. She said that the opening party even lasted for 9 hours until she finally had to go to bed. You know it's an awesome time when no one wants to leave. :) She then started to fill me in on the details behind her gallery. I was so curious as to what came first, her clothing line or her gallery. She was quick to let me know her clothing for sure! She began Petit Chat in March of 2010. She did pictures on the side when she found extra time and fooled around with gimp and then went into photoshop after that. Then, this past march her beloved cat of 17 years passed away. I tear up at the thought of my babies passing so I know the overwhelming emotions that Trin must have been feeling. She just stopped creating clothes and found comfort in her pictures. She said it wasn't until she received the SL pic of the day 2 days in a row and people were really commenting did she realize that she was doing something right! Then lucky for us she opened up her gallery in July. Trinity still misses her cat but for certain Moumou left her a gift that will keep on giving... her art!

The pain from the passing is still present, but because of the love and support Trinity has received she has started to create her beautiful designs again for us. Great things are going to start coming from Petit Chat in the future and that will more than likely include a little mesh in the mix :)

This post wasn't suppose to turn into an information piece about Trinity by no means, but I certainly can't help myself but to want to find out the details behind places and people I meet in SL. I hope you will stop by the gallery and take a look around at a piece of Trinity that is left in each one of these photos. I hope you feel creativity and even feel inspired to go out and create something yourself. TOOTLES

Sandy Chic

I wish I was talented enough to edit my avatar running in a field of daisies. That is how this outfit makes me feel. I think it's the styling of an outfit that makes it into something personal. For me, I was feeling a little bit hippie today so I added my peace necklace. Yes that is pretty much as far as that goes for me except for some flats. DONT JUDGE ME! lol... anyways this awesome dress is the newest design available at the Fatpack Discount Event and it is made by LavandaChic called Sandy. There are several color options to choose from so take your pick based on your mood like I did :) Also, I haven't really worn this hair much but it is Hair 09 by Eaters Coma. I absolutely LOVE this hair and thanks to my sis Temp for introducing me :) Love at first wear! That reminds me that I probably should go and see if they have something new. More to come for sure.... [Liv Glam] is a Killer.... And POUDRE is an accomplice

Most everyone remembers the song... killing me softly with his touch! This dress from Liv Glam of course will have the opposite effect. More like a look than a touch I would say.  At first glance what do you see? You see an amazing dress which plunges low to give a few hints as to what might be underneath. To me, this dress screams sex appeal in a classy sophisticated way. Yet again, that's what Liv Glam screams to me all the time. Take Me Out

I think someone needs to take me out on the town in this outfit. Just saying!!! Showing you a little more from the Fatpack Discount room... this dress is made by OSITO and comes in several colors. The dress drapes nicely around the neckline and hugs every curve.  I am IN LOVE with this dress!

Also, wanted to show you a few other items I have gotten the past few days. The hair is a new design by Wasabi Pills called Sally. Comes with this adorable bow and a HUD to change colors. My eyes are the new from IKON called Spectral eyes in Nymph. Both of these amazing grabs you can pick up at FaMESHed. I am a sucker for all of the events going on and of course can't resist! Above, I am wearing such a playful dress called Candy. This dress includes the Lola appliers which I do have on in this picture. Then I can flip the switch (my outfit button) and go from playful to sexy in a few seconds with this outfit, pictured below, which is called Pepita. I chose this outfit in hounds tooth because... So Much with So Little Time

Well I took a slight break from SL for Thanksgiving and I log in to so many amazing things happening I just don't know where to start first. All the things I am going to show you today are items you can find around SL at different events going on. Above I am wearing...

Below I put on a different hairstyle so that you could better see this beautiful skin. It comes with freckles also as a tattoo layer. You will be seeing me use these poses quite often. Very nice!!!
