Just Love Me

Gosh.... what a chore keeping these guys back behind the line. I keep telling them to keep calm but never works. I even went as far as putting on this fabulous shirt and I think I finally got the message across. This ladies T-shirt and vest comes as a combo from KATHAARIAN and you can find this awesome combo at the Cosmopolitan Sales Room. I decided to pair the top and go a little more edgy today with this pleated skirt by Alyce. The best thing about this skirt besides the fit.... you can change the color of the skirt to 50 different colors!!!! Yes I said FIFTY!!!! You can also grab this skirt at the Cosmo Room. I threw on my necklace by n-creations and zipped up my Hucci Ellamar boots and away I went... of course these guys tag along but still going to explore regardless :) TOOTLES

Trying to get in the mood....

I am a full believer that you have to get into a mood in order to blog! With taking such a long break (only 2 weeks) from blogging I feel like I have to push myself to blog about something. I have plenty of awesome things sitting here to blog but I can't muster up the energy, so for today, I will make this a short one. I decided to head on down to the Landing for a couple of reasons... One because my head seems to be clear when I sit out and look at what is around and Two because I was slightly hoping someone would come and distract me from writing today. Its too cold and my fingers are numb... just saying! I am on a kick with Lumiere this week and for their  Slebrity Slection Street Sale they have put out this cute tank called GawD in blue. I love to be able to swap from dressy to casual in a click and this shirt definitely fits in my lay around and try not to blog outfit group. :) What I decided to pair with this tank... Chloe hair by MODA, Maitreya mesh zipper jeans, and [Gos] Isabella sandals in black. Now... to figure out how to keep my lazy streak alive... TOOTLES

Shop Till Ya Drop

Only in SL can you shop in heels and not feel a thing but mental exhaustion after a long day of shopping. Let me rephrase... a long WEEK of shopping! All I have been doing is shopping for our new land but I am glad to take a break and tell you about this adorable outfit coming from the Cosmopolitan Sales Room. This cute comfy dress is the newest release from Lumiere called Horizon. No one likes to shop in clingy uncomfortable clothes in either life so this dress fits that bill for me. Also from the Sales Room, The cute pose above with the shopping bags and cell phone is the newest release from Sup Poses.  Of course a busy pose for a busy girl :) My additions to this outfit are Brandy hair from .ploom., Entice necklace from EarthStones, and Hucci Glynco Pumps in silver which are a slink add on. I am very pleased to announce yet another amazing thing going on in SL. I am now an official blogger for MC Fashion Events. The newest event from MC Fashion is called Booty Call. Sky River Landing

I'M BACK!!!! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. As RL starts to settle back into place I guess SL will as well. Have been very busy the past few weeks in both lives but my first post back should be mine and Dereks new project.

I would like to introduce to everyone Sky River Landing. We have both always talked about finding a place to make friends and hang out in SecondLife without any other expectations than to just make friends. It seems like you go to a club or a sim of any sort and all you end up with is IMs from the opposite sex with rude comments or being hit on. The unwanted attention can be so annoying that you often give up enjoying your time. We have set out on this journey together to create something that we feel is special and a part of us. Sky River is something of a safe haven for those who just want to enjoy their hobbies or others in SL without it always turning sexual. Yes, I said it! Not Sexual!

We have added a little bit of everything that we love in SL. We have a small cafe with tables and chairs set up to socialize with friends or just hang out and meet new ones who happen to pop up. Also, there is greedy and photography spots set up all along the area with some beautiful scenery that will give you a calm relaxing feeling.
